Our Adult Learn to Curl program is a fun, 8 week program led to experienced players, where you will learn to basics of curling. You'll learn to move safely on the ice, the basics of delivery, how (and why!) to sweep, and the rules of the game. Later in the course you'll be playing games against each other, and by the end of the 8 weeks, you should feel comfortable in joining a league at Lakeshore. Please note that this program is for adult beginners, see our Juniors sections for kids programs. No equipment is necessary, just wear warm, stretchy pants and bring very clean athletic shoes. Everything else is provided.
